Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins

Soak vermicelli in room temperature water for 3 mins
Cook vermicelli in steam for 5 mins
For sweet, add Sugar/Jaggery & Coconut (optional)
For spicy, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, black gram, Bengal gram, chilli, curry leaves, onion and salt
Add the steamed vermicelli in the pan and mix thoroughly for 3 mins and serve hot
