Cooking Instructions
- Take flakes in a sieve and moist by sprinkling water. This will not make it mushy.
- Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil and season with mustard, urad dal & channa dal.
- To the seasoning, add onion, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric, salt and desired vegetables.
- To the sauted mix, add the poha. Sprinkle some water, cover it with a lid and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add grated coconut, mix well and serve hot.
